Company stated they were delaying sending forms required to file taxes until March 20. Then, on 3/20, we were told they were being sent by mail on 3/20, not available online. Reason given for delay was to “ensure accuracy”, something they should have been able to do long before today. Customer service didn’t care about impact to all the people at the large company I work for. We are all requesting cancellation of their vendor contract. Avoid them like the plague!

Wants me to scan a QR code from the phone I’m on .its a mobile app . Now I can not get into my a account on line cause it wants me to scan a QR code with the equates app that I can’t access
Tax forms show in the app but not the desktop client. It’s the same file how do you get this wrong

I was supposed to get my tax forms (1099-b) February 19. But no they had to file an extension so I will get it on March 19 - 20… this company isn’t gonna last long with how lazy they are.

Cannot complete any of the task in the application. I have to log onto my computer go to their website and logon that way to try and complete task. On top of that, I’m sitting here the middle of February waiting on a 1099 that they plan on sending out possibly the middle of March. I’ve had everything else forgetting my taxes done since the beginning of February. This whole experience is net negative stars.
When I saw the rating in the App Store but for what I need to do it’s simple, efficient, and, well… perfect.
They are late on tax documents. Which means I'm late filing my taxes. Very frustrating.
I initiated a stock transfer from EquatePlus to my broker on January 14, following the same process I’ve successfully used with Computershare for the past six years. Nearly a month later, the transaction is still stuck in limbo. I followed EquatePlus’s own guidance and waited the full 20 business days before reaching out. When I finally called, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling me to wait another 3–4 business days for an “investigation.” Worse, they implied the issue was on my end, despite my broker confirming that EquatePlus hasn’t sent anything. I am not alone in this experience—many of my colleagues are also struggling with delayed stock transfers, facing the same lack of accountability and transparency. EquatePlus is effectively restricting our ability to sell or manage our shares when it’s most financially advantageous, taking away the very rights and freedom we should have over our own assets. This company is clearly ill-equipped to handle basic transactions, leaving customers frustrated and powerless. If you’re relying on EquatePlus to manage your equity, be prepared for delays, unresponsive customer service, and an experience that feels more like a trap than a financial service. Avoid EquatePlus if you value efficiency, professionalism, and financial control over your own investments.

Issues logging in the app. Tried website also. No luck there. Not a good way to start off with a huge account for ESPP.
I love how easy it is to use
Recently started using this app as my company switched from computershare to Equate+, and I must say, I enjoy how simple yet functional it is. The only suggestion I have to make is adding the ability to see your average stock price on shares you own.
I was skeptical when our holdings moved to this platform but it’s so convenient!! Hey, don’t be afraid of change!
Received a pop that account was unable to be accessed until Dec 1st due to an “update” now it immediately tells me I’m locked out due to “too many login attempts” trash
Everytime i try to use this app to reset my password it never works. I have to call the number for the usa and i constantly get oh we don't acess to that company remain on hold and someone will be with you only to get a foreign language repeating itself. I hang up call again constantly getting tranfered to dead ends.

Easy to use and helpful app!
Every time I access the app, it asks to update my email address before I can view information. I update and receive an email confirming it was updated. Have many emails confirming. Have contacted customer service who attempted to fix but the problem persists to today.

Face ID does not work, many features are only available on desktop version, not supported by the app, zero intuitive, besides, wrong parameters entered preventing adding bank accounts
Sent my check to Namibia instead of USA. Address was correct on file. Address was correct where they ask where should they send it? After waiting two weeks, I look and they put another country as the final address. I didn’t do direct deposit because they asked for things that we don’t use in US banks, on the day to day. It’s just routing and accounting number here
All the options are there except the ones needed in tracking the portfolio over time, listing the status of options and their expiry in a convenient way - everything is done to hide what is going on from the user. There are plenty of apps there which give similar functionality except they are not part of compushare excessive fee charging scheme.
Getting sick and tired of asking (filing reports via your requested mechanisms) for a couple years now. Get it done!

The app was recently updated and now my portfolio shows zero balance and there is no way to access any of my account details such as individual share allocations, etc. please fix this ASAP.
The app takes forever to upload it’s been 10 minutes and it’s still on the change password screen.
These idiots keep changing the timeline for 1099-B delivery from February 15 to end of February, then recently filed an extension with the IRS for up to March 15th. What are you guys doing???
DSPP went away and became this app. Setting up your account, username and password will require multiple phone calls and a lot of time. This is not a good system, and there is an insane amount of unnecessary friction
The app complains that you haven't given enough information about your bank when you've given all the information you know and that the banks customer service has given you in response to your queries, and on top of that it doesn't tell you what information you need to add that you haven't already added. Ugh. 😑
iPhone is not now nor was it ever jailbroken. App is unusable

The website works with the login details but the app doesn’t!
This app is horrible. You can’t save your info for easy use. It can’t leverage your phone’s biometric security features. Every time I try to log in the app is unavailable and I’m told to use the mobile web version, which *must* be viewed in landscape mode? Who does that?
Nothing happens when pressing the FaceID button. All other apps work.
Face ID option not working with the app and each time we have to remember the credentials to login. Also, it is not clear on how much be the charges for selling the RSU equity available in the account as already tax is deducted while making the RSUs available to account.
The previous version was much better with the ability to see the graph. Now you can only see what’s currently in your portfolio. Can’t see what it was on a certain date etc. bring back the graph.
I don’t write reviews, but this recent change is horrible. It took a good app, that showed the future payouts and timing, and stripped it of all forward looking data. It’s just a general summary now, with only a 90 day outlook. The point of LTIs is the fact that they are LONG TERM, not just 90 days in the future, but years. Bad call with the redesign.
The new release makes the app useless. I have to use the web version to check the trend.
There’s no other place for me to see trends on my stock options. The developers are way out of touch from the user needs - with this new version, I now have NO way to see the trends.
Was great but it isn’t possible to log in with the new version of the app. Doesn’t accept log in details and when you attempt to reset your password it is impossible to set your date of birth to the correct date; it keeps changing it and assigning a random date when you submit it. Would welcome seeing how the Version 3 has improved but current glitches prevent being able to use it.
This app use to work ok but after the last update it doesn’t work. It has glitches that randomly changes the login entries making imposible to login
